Shipping + Returns
Please do not return any items to us without contacting us first.
If the product is at fault we will refund or replace as long as it is in the same condition as despatched. It must be returned within seven days with proof of purchase and in the original packaging.
All orders that are bespoke/special orders unfortunately cannot be returned should you change your mind once your product has been ordered. We do advise you to use our sampling service before confirming your choices as you do not see true representation on the computer monitor.
Note: Wallpaper should be checked before and during hanging. Fabrics should be checked before cutting. It is recommended that you order a sample to confirm the scale, finish and colour prior to ordering.

Any returns will incur a 40% re-stocking charge and will need to be returned within fourteen days, in original condition, unopened. Carriage to send back will be at the customer cost.
